So, Johnnie and I were sitting on the front porch this morning and we see a truck drive up and sit at the top of our road, right in front of our neighbor's house. A male steps out of the passenger side and a female comes around from the driver's side. They are chasing a dog. The dog runs behind a neighbors house and the female stops abruptly turning to her male companion to announce, "I ain't goin' in nobody's backyard, I ain't!" At that point, Johnnie and I just turn and look at each other quietly. We do not have to say anything, we know.
The girl then begins to whistle the dog out. It doesn't work. The dog is smarter. The dog runs around to the backyard. Again she turns to her male companion and says "I just ain't goin' in nobody's backyard!!" He says, "I know!" She holds up the leash and says, "I don't even know how to use this thang." The dog then runs around her and runs to the street taking off down the road. She screams...(I kid you not), "Schtupid! Dang schtupid dog, I hope you git hit by a car!!"
Me and Johnnie are watching in awe. LOL! The dog outsmarted her without much effort at all. And he's free to run and do what he likes, while she is walking around fuming angrily at this leash she doesn't know how to use.
Now that's entertainment!
